Meadow Beacon Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice explains the information requested through the procurement forms and the browser storage used by the sourcing benefit interface. It describes this website's visible collection points. It does not claim a certified privacy program, a specific retention period or production capabilities that have not been verified.
What you choose to share
The inquiry form requests a name, work email and procurement requirement. Company and phone can provide additional business context. Your requirement may include species or strain, substrate, quantity, destination, planned timing, budget and supplier preference. Budget controls are optional; their values are combined with the requirement text when the form is serialized, without replacing the text you wrote.
Provide information that is relevant to the procurement discussion and that you are permitted to share. Avoid unnecessary personal information, payment credentials or confidential third-party documents. If technical documents become necessary, agree a suitable exchange process during the discussion; this form does not offer a file-upload facility.
Purpose and possible recipients
The stated purpose of the inquiry is to understand the request, communicate about specifications and coordinate supplier quotation questions. A supplier comparison may require the relevant product scope and destination. Confirm any sensitive disclosure before providing it. This page does not represent a verified list of processors or claim that every request is automatically sent to suppliers.
Browser storage and resources
The sourcing benefit interface records a first-display timestamp in local browser storage to limit its automatic presentation to a maximum seven-day window. Session storage remembers when the ticker is closed during the session. These controls are for interface behavior and do not contain the procurement form text. Clearing browser storage removes those local records.
Bootstrap resources load from the declared external content delivery network. Normal resource requests expose connection information to the delivery service. No analytics service or advertising-cookie consent claim is established by this notice. Deployment settings and server logs should be reviewed by the operator before publication.
Questions about information
Use the contact page for an information-handling question and describe the request without repeating unnecessary sensitive content. Identity and the applicable request scope may need confirmation. Actual retention, deletion, access controls and production response procedures remain operator responsibilities. Read the Terms of Service for the procurement role and transaction boundaries.
