01Write a repeatable request
Name the oyster species or strain and whether the requirement is a colonized fruiting block, spawn with substrate, or a complete packaged kit. Record net mass in kg or lb, container dimensions, filter specification, moisture basis and included accessories. Do not accept a change of format as an equivalent price without review.
02Ask factories the same questions
Request the quoted configuration, sample basis, minimum order quantity, packaging, batch identification and storage instructions. Ask how substrate colonization and contamination concerns are documented. Candidate replies are inputs for buyer review; a listing on this site does not mean a factory has been audited or approved.
03Separate price from exclusions
Keep currency, per-kit or carton quantity, trade terms, freight and document costs visible. Confirm who handles temperature-sensitive transit, import questions and arrival inspection. A lower ex-factory price can shift costs to receiving or storage, so compare the same delivered scope and identify optional services separately.
04Coordinate the next verification
Before an order, agree a sample plan, condition photographs, receiving checklist and method for raising a batch concern. The buyer and supplier determine acceptance criteria and responsibility in writing. Production performance, local cultivation support and delivery availability remain subject to the exact supplier agreement.
