These terms describe the role of this website and its procurement inquiry process. Meadow Beacon Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for business buyers of Mushroom & Crop Cultivation items. Website content helps buyers organize requirements and request factory quotations. It does not constitute an accepted order, a supplier appointment or a confirmed offer of stock.

Requests and information

Use the inquiry form to provide accurate business contact details and a requirement you are authorized to share. Include the species or strain, kit contents, quantity, unit basis, destination and intended receiving date. Identify uncertain specifications as questions. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or material that you do not have permission to disclose.

Supplier and buyer responsibilities

A supplier response should identify the offered item, price basis, inclusions, exclusions, handling conditions and document scope. The buyer must review the exact configuration and any substitution before committing. Samples, acceptance criteria, payment, freight, import responsibilities and response to a nonconforming shipment belong in the applicable written transaction agreement.
